Μια μαγική συνταγή που ταξιδεύει μικρούς και μεγάλους σε έναν γαλάζιο παραμυθένιο κόσμο! Το τραπέζι γεμίζει με μια λιμνούλα ζελατίνης, αρωματισμένη με ανθόνερο, και πάνω της επιπλέουν μικρές βαρκούλες φτιαγμένες από πορτοκάλια με σημαιάκια.
Η συνταγή είναι εμπνευσμένη από τη Σάνδρη Λυσάνδρου και είναι ιδανική για γενέθλια, παιδικά πάρτι ή απλά για μια χαρούμενη οικογενειακή μέρα στην κουζίνα.
Υλικά:
- 2 πορτοκάλια Βαλέντσια
- 3 ποτήρια κοχλαστό νερό
- 3 φακελάκια ζελατίνη (10γρ)
- 4–5 κ.σ. ζάχαρη
- 2–3 κ.σ. ανθόνερο
- Μπλε χρώμα ζαχαροπλαστικής
- Οδοντογλυφίδες και χαρτονάκι για τις σημαιούλες
Εκτέλεση:
- Διαλύουμε τη ζελατίνη σε καυτό νερό, προσθέτουμε τη ζάχαρη, το ανθόνερο και λίγες σταγόνες μπλε χρώμα.
- Ρίχνουμε το μείγμα σε γυάλινο ταψάκι/πιάτο και το αφήνουμε να κρυώσει και να σταθεροποιηθεί στο ψυγείο.
- Κόβουμε τα πορτοκάλια στη μέση, αδειάζουμε τη σάρκα και φτιάχνουμε τις βαρκούλες.
- Καρφώνουμε σημαιάκια από χαρτονάκι στις οδοντογλυφίδες και τα βάζουμε στις βαρκούλες.
- Τοποθετούμε τις βαρκούλες πάνω στη ζελατινένια λιμνούλα και… η μαγεία ξεκινά!

Magical Lake with Orange Boats
Today we’re making a beautiful and playful recipe for kids, a magical blue lake with floating orange boats. It’s simple, refreshing, and full of imagination — perfect for birthday parties or family fairy moments. Inspired by the lovely Sandry Lysandrou.
This treat is perfect for kids’ parties, afternoons of laughter, or any magical moment at home. It’s easy to make, playful, and brings smiles to everyone!
ngredients:
For the boats:
- 2 medium oranges (such as Valencia), cut in halves or wedges.
For the lake:
- 3 cups boiling water
- 3 sachets gelatin (10 g each)
- 4–5 tbsp sugar
- 2–3 tbsp rose water (genuine)
- A few drops blue food coloring
For the flags:
- White cardboard paper
- Toothpicks
Instructions:
- Prepare the lake: Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, then add sugar, rose water, and a little blue coloring until it looks like a magical lake. Pour into a glass dish or large bowl and leave to set.
- Make the boats: Cut the oranges into wedges (or halves) to look like little boats.
- Add the flags: Cut tiny triangles from white cardboard, stick them on toothpicks, and place them in the oranges.
- Float your boats: Once the blue lake is set, gently place the orange boats on top.
A wonderful magical dessert where the children will sail their dreams on a fairy lake full of boats!
